Luna Bleu is a Florida-licensed Acupuncture Physician whose work is grounded in Traditional Chinese Medicine, nervous-system regulation, and a deeply embodied approach to healing. She works with each patient as a whole person rather than a collection of symptoms, drawing from acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, cupping, gua sha, moxibustion, electroacupuncture, auricular acupuncture, Tui Na, trigger-point therapy, and more than a decade of hands-on therapeutic experience.Her path into medicine began through her experience within the military community, where she witnessed the lasting effects of combat stress and PTSD on soldiers and their families. Searching for approaches that could address suffering beyond symptom management led her toward holistic medicine and ultimately Traditional Chinese Medicine. She completed her graduate training in 2019 and became a licensed Acupuncture Physician in Florida in 2023.
Luna’s approach is built around a simple principle: healing is not merely the absence of symptoms—it is the restoration of relationship within the body. She views the nervous system as one of the primary ways a person experiences safety, threat, sensation, movement, memory, and presence, while recognizing that a human being cannot be reduced to physiology alone.
Her treatments are individualized, attentive, and designed to help patients move toward greater coherence, resilience, and embodiment. Whether working with pain, stress, tension, emotional strain, or more complex patterns of imbalance, Luna combines traditional medicine with careful listening and a strong respect for the intelligence of the body.
