Yin Chiao Chieh Tu Pian: This classic formula is over 1,000 years old. It is used for viral infections in the early stages (the first two days of a cold). It can be used for any number of acute viral infections. At first signs of cold or flu take 4 tablets every 4 hours until you break a sweat (Diaphoresis). Then take 4 tablets three times a day until symptoms are gone. If symptoms continue to get worse after the second day or a high fever is present seek out a physician or qualified herbalist.
